Orders, Payments, and Cancellations
All orders placed through our website are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. The Savile Row Forge reserves the right to refuse any order placed by you.
Payment Terms:
- A deposit of 50% of the total order value is required upon confirmation of your order.
- The remaining balance is due upon completion of the garment, prior to collection or dispatch.
- We accept payment via major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), bank transfers, and other methods as specified during checkout.
- Prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Cancellations and Returns:
- Due to the highly personalised nature of bespoke tailoring, orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
- As garments are made to your specific measurements and design preferences, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for bespoke items unless they are faulty or do not conform to the agreed specifications.
- If you believe your garment is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange an inspection. Minor alterations to ensure a perfect fit, if required, will be undertaken free of charge.
- Any requests for alterations or adjustments must be made within 30 days of the final fitting.
